Founded in in 1956, Glen Hills is a seasonal swimming facility, operating from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.  We are conveniently located at 57 Bruce Drive, in the hamlet of Alplaus, NY, Town of Glenville -- just minutes from Scotia, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Schenectady, Niskayuna and southern Saratoga County.    We’re just one mile west of the Rexford Stewart’s at the intersection of Rte. 146 and Riverview Road.

The Glen Hills Club is a “member-owned and operated” not-for-profit cooperative, governed by a Board of Directors.  Our mission is to promote an appreciation of swimming and fitness in a welcoming venue. We are licensed by the Schenectady County Department of Health and subject to periodic DOH inspections.  Our Coaching/Guard Staff is Red Cross trained and certified and prepared to administer First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator devices.  They have been especially chosen and trained to work with children and to handle members’ issues and concerns.
