Glen Hills operates under the supervision of the Schenectady County Department of Health, requiring all staff to be:

• Red Cross trained and certified

• Prepared to administer First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator devices. 

In addition, our Management Team specially selects and trains our staff to work with children and to handle member issues and concerns.
